Allowing an AI model to run tools on production databases requires strict security boundaries. HamroLink prevents rogue or accidental actions through a multi-tier authorization architecture:

• Cryptographic Confirmation Tokens: Destructive or outbound actions—such as website.create, page.delete, email.send, and consultancy.send_reminder—cannot be executed in a single blind prompt.
• Two-Stage Execution Protocol:

- Phase 1 (Dry-Run Preview): The AI model executes the tool in preview mode. HamroLink generates a precise visual diff or parameter summary along with a one-time cryptographic confirmation token.

- Phase 2 (Explicit Approval): The model presents the action to the human operator ("I am ready to send passport reminder emails to 14 students applying for Japan April intake. Do you confirm?").

- Phase 3 (Execution Gate): Only when the human operator explicitly approves does the agent call the tool with confirmed: true and the matching token.

• Tenant Sandboxing: Every API token is mathematically locked to a single business tenant ID with strict role-based access control (RBAC). An agent has zero visibility into any other company's database or files.
